ModuHome has produced a video that gives you the opportunity to take a step up and discover the entire site of the future Saint-Pérégrin Reference Hospital in Lomé, Togo, for which it provides the outer shell.

We discover the different blocks being assembled as well as the foundations ready to receive the prefabricated modular structures that will be assembled on site. In total, there are 9 blocks, 7 of which are dedicated to medicine, i.e. more than 10,000 m2 of surface area spread over a 6,000 Ha site, according to the plans drawn up by the Mates architectural firm, with numerous exchanges with the CNSS and Altao.

Thanks to the know-how and experience of its multidisciplinary teams (doctors, engineers, statisticians, financers, etc.), Altao has been present since the launch of the project. Indeed, with the support of our study office, we have assisted the CNSS in the analysis of healthcare needs and the existing offer, in order to specify each component of the project (sizing, equipment, HR…) and to carry out the business plan. The CNSS also gave us the honor of entrusting us with the entire project owner support mission for the biomedical equipment (drafting special technical specifications, sourcing, offer analysis, negotiations…). We are also proud to assist it in the recruitment of management and medical teams, by pre-selecting candidates based on criteria previously established in partnership with the CNSS.

Altao has worked alongside the CNSS from the genesis to the delivery of this project, with one constant concern: to bring the most appropriate technology and innovations.

As a reminder, Saint Pérégrin Hospital is set to become a reference hospital combining innovation and top-of-the-range services to Western standards at an affordable cost for the population. Among these innovations, we can mention its focus on outpatient care, with short-term hospitalizations covering medicine, surgery and maternity, all based on a high-level technical platform as well as an information system and innovative construction techniques.
